contract printing Requirements

We provide contract screen printing and embroidery services to customers looking to wholesale decorated apparel. This service is exclusively for qualified contractors who are using our services to sell decorated apparel to their own customers. Please review our contractor specifications and requirements before filling out the application below.

ORder Minimums

We require 48-piece minimum orders for both screen printing and embroidery for new contractors. Once a relationship has been established, we may allow lower quantities on a case-by-case basis.

Art Standards

Screen printing:

  • Sized for print and color separated

  • Vector files only

    Fonts converted to curves or fonts provided

  • Ink colors matching our standard ink chart

  • Saved as .ai, .eps, .pdf or .cdr with a transparent background

Embroidery:

  • Sized .emb or .dst files

  • Thread colors matching our standard thread chart

  • Personalization submitted in Excel spreadsheet

Purchasing Blanks

Blank garments should be purchased from a distributor and shipped directly to our warehouse. After your order is placed, a sales order confirmation should be sent to us along with the art files.

If we need to purchase garments on your behalf, a 25% processing and handling fee will be added to the cost of garments.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Our normal production time is 5-10 business days after receipt of garments, artwork and payment. Shorter turnaround times will be accommodated where possible given our overall production schedule.

REsale Certificate

You must have a valid state resale certificate to qualify for contracting services.
